Downtown Las Vegas (DTLV) has become a hot spot for great and interesting restaurants. The Brown Bagger Sandwich Company sits in a charming building that rotates new and experimental concepts in and out every six months or so that is called The Vegas Test Kitchen, next to Ferguson's Downtown.
A good sandwich photo shows the substance of the sandwich, either by peeling back the bread to expose the contents of the sandwich, or by lowering the camera to eye-level with the sandwich as with this photo.
